We seek a System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) to be part of a growing Managed Service Provider. The System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily.

The System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support.

CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, and Data Center is HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

The selected System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) should also have experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or any RMM tool. The System Engineer – Mid-Level (MSP) will have the opportunity to grow internally with the company.

MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Troubleshooting, configuration, and deploying Windows
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
VMware and Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure buildout experience
Azure AD and Intune experience
Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, and Group Policy
Clear understanding/experience of TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
Configure servers and other key components in Azure
Azure administration and support
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
Salary $70k – $110k
