The Johns Hopkins Hospital pharmacy team seeks a Pharmacist Coordinator A to join our Weinberg Oncology Pharmacy (inpatient and ambulatory oncology infusion) as part of the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and verify complex medication orders (including chemotherapy)
- Complete therapeutic drug monitoring (e.g., vancomycin, methotrexate, anticoagulation)
- Collaborate with the Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialists and interdisciplinary team
