    About the Role

    We are currently hiring virtual speech language pathologists (SLP) for the 24/25 school year.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care.
    • Huddle with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need.
    • Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment.
    • Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school-aged children.
    • Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs.

    Compensation

    The estimated salary for this role is $42-$50 per hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will depend on multiple factors, including your skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

    Requirements

    • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence.
    • Experience providing video therapy.
    • At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting.
    • Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours, with the option to work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
    • Able to conduct telehealth services during school hours in the timezone of the state(s) you are licensed in.
    • Willingness to cross-license.
    • Full-time resident of the United States.
