- Ensuring that PEX products comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to PEX materials and piping systems.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring products to market.Providing technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders.Communicating effectively with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Conducting regular product evaluations and recommending enhancements or modifications.
- Creating technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and product manuals.Generating reports on product development progress, test results, and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering/Engineering Technology, Materials Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to PEX piping.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) piping product engineer plays a pivotal role in the development, design, and enhancement of PEX piping systems.
