With the reopening of the Lima legacy Casa Lu Al, the warm hospitality of Nonno's Cellar, the contemporary feel of Vista Taco and its rooftop bar, and all the excitement of Corner Pins duckpin bowling alley, Spring & Main has the variety and fun you're looking for in a job

Overview: For this position, we are seeking reliable and team-oriented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have a passion for preparing delicious, quality food, and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Cooks will have the opportunity to work in two state-of-the-art kitchens, assisting with kitchen setup, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 16+ to apply
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
• Grill cook experience a plus
• Comply with company cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work history
• Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints
