    Description

    Kids Achieve, LLC is a clinician-owned and operated, private pediatric occupational therapy (OT) practice. Our mission is to provide exceptional OT services with knowledgeable and individualized care for a wide variety of children and adolescents with unique and varying needs. We support and collaborate with families and caregivers, as well as other professionals in all aspects of our clients' daily lives. Kids Achieve, LLC is seeking an energetic and passionate OT to join our clinic and grow with us.

    • Believes in a play-based and relational approach to supporting each individual child's needs
    • Is interested in sensory integration, mental health and/or feeding therapy
    • Effective communication with parents and team members

    Duties:

    • Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to determine their occupational therapy needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities
    • Provide therapeutic interventions to address patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
    • Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence and safety
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards

    Skills:

    • Patient service: Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
    • Medical terminology: Proficiency in understanding and using medical terminology related to occupational therapy
    • Occupational health: Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices for promoting wellness in the workplace
    • Pediatrics: Experience working with pediatric patients and addressing their unique developmental needs
    • Case management: Ability to effectively manage a caseload of patients, including coordinating services and resources

    Requirements:

    • Active licensure in the state of New Hampshire
    • 1+ years of experience in Pediatrics preferred
    • Determination and motivation to enhance skillset
