    We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Cloud Systems Administrator, to work in San Jose, CA.


    Pay rate :
    $65-$70/hr On W2
    $75-$80/hr On C2C

    As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will manage and oversee our comprehensive suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, including SAP SaaS, Coupa, and Workday, among others.

    Your role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and compliance of our cloud-based applications.


    Your responsibilities will include:

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications to ensure their availability, performance, and security.
    Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud services.
    Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
    Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues, negotiate service agreements, and stay updated on new features and updates.
    Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone non-production environments to facilitate testing and development.
    Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and service records. Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.

    Skills:
    Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience managing SaaS applications.
    Proficiency in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls in cloud environments.
    Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security policies and procedures.
    Ability to monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
    Excellent vendor management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate service agreements.
    Experience coordinating with SaaS providers to clone non-production environments.
    Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records of system configurations and processes.
    Proficient in generating regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.
