    What you'll need to be our

    Traffic & Infrastructure Division Manager:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related equivalent field experience
    Senior-level Managerial experience in the construction or similar industry
    Advanced knowledge of finance, project management, and business strategy
    Proven experience in estimating large projects (10+ million)
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel for building spreadsheets, graphs, and data points
    Strong understanding of soils & trenches
    Strong business acumen with proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation
    Takes the initiative to achieve results with a positive response to pressure

    What you'll do as the

    Traffic & Infrastructure Division Manager:

    Oversee all facets of the Traffic & Infrastructure division's operations across multiple branches
    Provide strategic leadership and direction for the division, driving the achievement of growth and profitability targets
    Oversee all operational aspects of the division to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
    Develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
    Monitor and track division performance, including financial results, project success, and other key metrics
    Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards and best practices
