    Skill Level Starting Rates $24.92 + Sign on bonus Production Starting Rates $21.51 < Increase every 3 months up to maximum pay in 12 Benefits Day 1 ~ 9% employer-matched retirement plan ~ Technical Incentive ~ Paid Holidays ~ Paid Vacation Work Schedule Shifts available:First shift:7am - 3:30pm Second shift:3:30pm-10:30pm Third shift (with higher premium):10:30pm-7am
