    Cook - Monroe - Per-diem - $22.75 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment in a state-of-the-art community - 11:00am -7:00pm - (4) shifts monthly as needed - The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Three years commercial cooking preferably in a healthcare industry.
    • Completion of a culinary course preferred.
    • ServSafe Certified.
    • Documented education of regulatory standards, preferred, i.e., Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA); State Health Care Facilities Licensing laws; city or local codes, including fire, safety, and food service sanitation codes; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP); courses in management and supervision.
    • Flu vaccine required during flu season.
