The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and compliance of all employee benefit programs . +

  • Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs , including medical , dental , vision , supplemental insurance plans , wellness programs , and the 401 ( k ) retirement plan .
  • Manage day - to - day benefits administration , including new hire enrollments , qualifying life events changes and terminations .
  • Coordinate and manage the Annual Open Enrollment process , including employee communications system setup processing elections vendor coordination .
  • < li>Serve as the primary liaison with benefits carriers brokers third - party administrators to resolve employee issues ensure proper plan administration .< / ul >
