    as part the global Schaeffler IE networkLead process development, costing, investment and industrialization activities for NA product developmentGrow the regional competences to form a self-sustainable IE organizationInitiate and manage new process developments in the region to increase competitivenessManage internal and external functions such as plant segments, special machinery equipment and process engineering providers Steer budgeting process for TMM related plants within the global TMM organizationManage productivity improvement and technical savings activities within the regionManage prototype manufacturing and procurement within the Schaeffler networkYour QualificationsUniversity degree in engineering, preferably manufacturing engineeringMinimum 6 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing environmentProven background in plastics manufacturing processes, e.g.

    injection molding, welding and assembly3 years experience in a manufacturing or engineering related leadership roleProven to be able to achieve results in a global matrix organization including EU and APOpen to medium travel overseas and regular travel to MexicoSpanish language skills would be preferredAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
