    About the job Chef de mission - Supervisor (San Francisco)

    ORCOM US is looking for an experienced accountant to join our branch in San Francisco.

    The supervisor will be responsible of a portfolio of clients in various business industries.


    Supervisory Responsibilities included:

    • Managing a team of associates
    • Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
    • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements
    • Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
    • Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information
    • Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
    • Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned


    We are looking for bright, self-motivated, and reliable individual that enjoy working with a variety of clients and are able to work as a team member and under deadline pressure.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a business related field
    • CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required
    • French speaker is a plus
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
    • Working experience with QuickBooks accounting software
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools,
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with a client service focus
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels with firm and client personnel
    • Highly detail-orientated, organized and proactive
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. with OR without sponsorship

    Nous recherchons un responsable de mission pour renforcer notre bureau de San Francisco.

    Vous intégrez une équipe dynamique et multiculturelle.

    Vous supervisez les travaux d'une équipe de comptables et prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients dans des domaines très variés.

    Vous effectuez la révision générale des comptes, ainsi que le montage du bilan et l'ensemble des déclarations fiscales rattachées.

    Vous travaillez en collaboration avec notre département fiscal qui s'occupe de l'élaboration des liasses fiscales.

    Grâce au niveau d'autonomie proposé, vous êtes responsable de vos dossiers et assurez le conseil aux clients, ainsi que des missions de gestion telles que l'élaboration de tableaux de bord ou de prévisionnels.

    Profil recherché

    De formation comptable et/ou audit, vous avez impérativement une expérience d'au moins 4 années acquise en cabinet. Dynamisme, organisation et curiosité seront des qualités reconnues pour cette fonction.

    Doté d'un solide niveau technique, vous souhaitez développer vos compétences en matière de conseil au sein d'un cabinet dynamique et capable de faire évoluer ses talents.

    Disponible le plus rapidement possible pour 12 à 18 mois minimum
