Technology and IP Transactions Associate – Salt Lake City - Jameson Legal

We are looking to speak with technology and IP associate Attorneys to join our client's Technology and IP Transactions practice in their Salt Lake City office.

Your practice will be focussed on technology and related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, licensing and other commercial transactions. You will act on both sides of multinational mergers and acquisitions, patent purchases and sales and licensing and IP transactions. You will routinely advise clients on evolving multijurisdictional privacy regimes, cybersecurity, big data platform diligence and IP matters. You will leverage your significant experience in technology, intellectual property and privacy to help clients navigate risk and protect their commercial interests.

Billable hours target: no official target, however anything above 2,000 is considered ideal. Alongside standard billable work, Associates can count a minimum of 20 hours of pro bono work towards their 2,000-hour target.

Annual salary range: $310,000 – $390,000.
