    This position provides advanced financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of FP&A and business leaders. Incumbents will be expected to perform competently in all core finance disciplines. This position will also be responsible for the maintenance of the Essbase system used by Finance to compile, analyze and report financial results. This position will ensure accuracy of data, complete information using standardized templates and support overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support Budget, Forecast and Latest Estimate processes
    • Prepare submission templates, work with Finance teams across the Brands and ADUSA Supply Chain to ensure timely submission, upload information in Essbase
    • Work with partners across the business and FBS to prepare information for projections
    • Coordinate and support the Budget process
    • Support period diagnostics
    • Support managers and director in preparation of period diagnostics and analytics for BIR and internal (EB) reviews
    • Provides analytical support of the P&L lines related to period diagnostics and drivers for various departments
    • Root cause analysis to determine drivers for variances in results
    • Identify insights and suggest actionable recommendations
    • Develop standardized templates to ensure an efficient reporting process (tables, waterfall graphs, trend lines, etc.)
    • Essbase (database) management
    • Develop and use templates for data collection, evaluate submissions for accuracy, completeness and reasonableness, consolidate submissions and provide reports or detailed data feeds to business partners and management
    • Work on ad-hoc reporting as required
    • Interfaces with business leads to determine plans for future periods and support them in projecting financial impact
    • Support business leads by translating data into understandable/actionable information

    Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree - Finance, Accounting or Related Field
    Experience:
    • 3 - 5 years
