Job summary
Total rewards analyst responsible for supporting ERCOT's total rewards programs including benefits compensation and recognition programs.Key skills include strong analytical problem-solving skills exceptional attention to detail strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
The role requires minimum 2 years of job-related work experience in excess of degree requirements. Preferred experience includes proficiency in Excel Workday knowledge in Compensation Total Rewards Programs Employee Benefits Programs Strong analytical skills Experience in payroll administration PHR Professional in Human Resources SHRM-CP (Preferred).
Salary will be based on overall experience as determined by ERCOT.
