    Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team in the Nashville, TN area and provide end-user support. This Technician will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware / software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems
    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
    • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance
    • Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone
    • Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
    • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team
    Wage Range:
    The rate for this position is between $ $24.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
