Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our LaborMax Staffing team.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing recruiting and onboarding top talent across various departments.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition strategies and relationship management within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates across multiple levels such as campus executive and internal recruiting.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through social media management cold calling and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills cultural fit employment eligibility while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
