    HCT seeks an experienced professional to serve as interim Manager, Lab Services at an outpatient clinic in California. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing Laboratory Services to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-effective patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelors Degree in Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science or Healthcare related field required; Masters degree preferred
    • Experience: minimum of 5 years of progressive laboratory management combined with experience in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science; track record of successful TJC surveys
    • Licensure: CA CLS required
    • Certifications: Any pertinent certification
    • Computer Skills: EPIC and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
