  • Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass background checks pursuant to the Wisconsin Caregiver's Background Check Law and WI DCF 56 licensing requirements.
  • Be mentally and physically capable of assisting participants based on their needs.
  • A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
  • Ability to make decisions in emergency situations or day to day crisis management.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, administering medication, and transportation, while following their individualized support plans.
  • Support youth in a variety of settings and plan recreational activities.
  • Follow established menus and dietary restrictions, while maintaining adequate food/supplies.
  • Encourage personal growth and development.
