    • $8,000 for non-license (tCADC/CADC)
    • $10,000 for 1st or 2nd level license

    Position Purpose: Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or commensurate experience and training.


    • Minimum tCADC or achieve and maintain licensure as a LBSW, LMSW, tLMHC, or other state or national licensure that supersedes the tCADC within 90 days of hire or transfer.


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems strongly preferred.


    • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within prescribed time frames.


    • Skilled in conducting individual, family, and group counseling.


    • Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff, or community resources.


    • Self-starter with ability to work independently.


    • Ability to work within a team.


    • Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    1. Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

    2. Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.

    3. Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.

    4. Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.

    5. Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.

    6. Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.

    7. Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensure, TJC and Medicaid regulations.

    8. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).

    9. Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.

    10. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.

    11. Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.

    12. Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

    13. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.

    14. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

    15. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

    16. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned by management.

    Physical Requirements/Percentage of Work Time

    1. Vision: Must be able to read printed and/or handwritten materials from a variety of sources %)

    2. Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with coworkers (50-79%); answer incoming phone calls (0-24%)

    3. Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility between departments within the facility (50-79%),

    4. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: (0-24%)

    5. Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 5 pounds of force frequently to lift or move objects (25-49%)

    6. Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to finger keyboard for computer work and phone equipment for placing/receiving calls %)

    7. Sitting: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time when using the computer %)

    Environment:

    Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring the use of universal precautions and/or personal protective equipment.

    Exposure to computers.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Based on education, experience and credentials

    • Starting rate for Bachelors - $21.11/hour
    • Starting rate for Masters - $24.44/hour
    • Additional $.50/hr with CADC certification
    • Additional $1.50/hr inpatient differential
