Job summary
This position helps develop, implement, administer and maintain Rush Health & Welfare benefit plans. Ensures accurate data file feeds, data integrity and accuracy.Responsibilities
- Assists the Benefits Manager in developing, training, organizing and tracking the workflow and processes for the Benefits Team to ensure effective and accurate benefits communication and administration.
- Provides appropriate administrative support including supply ordering mail distribution check deposits ,and assistance to Benefits Manager when necessary.
