Job summary
We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead to deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standard.
As Visual Merchandising Lead you will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values standards
Responsibilities
- A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
- Work collaboratively on floor sets window display planning replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience
- Be the sales supervisor oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage goal awareness
- Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team
