    What You'll Do:

    • Put the patient first, always.
    • Provide gentle, compassionate treatment for every patient.
    • Ensure pristine cleanliness by setting up and cleaning operatories.
    • Track and continuously improve performance because good isn't good enough for us.
    • Participate enthusiastically in morning huddles to set the tone for the day.
    • Administer anesthesia as needed, ensuring patient comfort.
    • Give back to the community through meaningful service initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the team on supply and equipment management.
    • Perform radiographs, periodontal charting, and other diagnostic aids, presenting findings to the doctor.
    • Follow up with patients with post-op calls, because our care doesn't end when they leave the chair.
    • Foster camaraderie and unity within the team, because we're stronger together.
    • Be honest, kind, and dedicated to ensuring every patient has a Positive day

    Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist License.
    • CPR certification is a must.
    • Preferred: AED certificate and Local Anesthesia Certificate.
