Metric Bio is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Minnesota who are looking for a Director of Operations to join their team.

This is a private-equity backed, high growth organization who are industry leaders in the development and manufacturing of topical products.

This position be responsible for operational leadership of the manufacturing site including site EHS, engineering, maintenance/calibration, and CIE/technical operations. Matrix leadership over their team of 150 FTEs with 3 managing direct reports.
Ideal candidates with have strong engineering and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations backgrounds at large organizations.
