    Role:
    As part of GM's Human Resources Group, this

    Compensation Analyst

    will be a driver of the development, implementation, communication for our global and regional compensation programs. You are consistently providing ongoing evaluation of our programs to identify areas of improvement.

    Responsibilities:
    You will benchmark salary, cash, and pay ranges for GM's global workforce, ensuring competitiveness in the various operating markets

    You will support budget and allocation for GM's annual merit increase and variable pay programs globally

    You will oversee GM's benchmarking and participation in market-based surveys

    You will consult on the design of pay practices to ensure General Motors is attracting and retaining the right talent to achieve company objectives

    You will craft, implement, communicate, and administer our compensation strategy while providing ongoing assessment of our compensation programs.

    You will run multiple projects concurrently.

    Ability to use data to develop conclusions and recommendations to support compensation issues

    Partner and advise members of Global Compensation & Benefits, particularly Global Compensation Consultants to provide guidance on compensation analysis and results
