    The Opportunity

    Join our dynamic Central Office for Analytics and Reporting (COAR) as a Senior Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will enhance reporting solutions for various teams, leveraging your expertise in Power BI and Snowflake to translate complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a proactive team player to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    The Work Itself

    • Develop and maintain robust reporting solutions with Power BI to support program teams and Risk Management.
    • Engage with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and convert them into impactful data visualizations.
    • Utilize Snowflake for efficient data warehousing and management, ensuring high data accuracy and accessibility.
    • Enhance existing reports and dashboards for improved usability and performance.
    • Implement data governance and quality assurance processes to guarantee reliable reporting.
    • Provide technical support and guidance on functionalities of Power BI and Snowflake.
    • Occasionally utilize Excel for reporting tasks, employing VBA for automation and efficiency.

    The Skills You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools, including advanced report and dashboard development.
    • 3+ years of Power BI development experience is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related quantitative or analytical field.
    • Proficiency in Snowflake for data management and warehousing.
    • Strong SQL skills, capable of writing and optimizing complex queries.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data to derive actionable insights.
    • Expertise in data modeling and understanding data structures for efficient design.
    • Proficiency in Excel, including VBA programming.
    • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
