Cath Lab TechARRT REQUIRED - can sub with pending IL licenseStart date: ASAPCaseload: Average 5, 2 roomsYears of experience REQ: 2 yearsFirst-timers accepted: NoWeekend REQ: NoCerts REQ: BLS, ARRT REQUIRED , ACLS-Is on-call REQ? Manager discretion.Locals accepted: No, local radius is 70 miles.Pending License accepted: No, license needs to be in hand.RTO Restrictions:? 1 RTO request per contractGuaranteed Hours:?If confirmed to 5x8s/4x10s, facility will guarantee a minimum of 40hrs/week. If confirmed to 3x12s, facility will guarantee a minimum of 36 hrs/week. If confirmed to 4x12s, facility will guarantee a minimum of 48hrs/week. Call off: facility may call off up to 24hrs for travelers confirmed to 8hr shifts, 30 hours for 10hr shifts, or 36hrs for 12hr shifts per 13-week assignment without paying for cancelled hours. If candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called-off, those hours will count as a called-off hours.
