Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in corporate accounting and finance.The ideal candidate will excel in managing day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger review, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting and close.
Prior public accounting experience and CPA licensure (or in process) are a plus.This is a hybrid role (3 days in, 2 from home) for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger review, balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
Perform month-end reporting and close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows.
Support compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Utilize prior public accounting knowledge and/or CPA expertise (if applicable) to enhance financial processes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on corporate accounting and finance experience.
Strong expertise in general ledger review, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
Public accounting experience a plus; CPA licensure or in process preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
