Mood partners directly with medical practices to connect their patients to our psychiatry, talk therapy, and holistic mental health care services.
The Recruiter acts as a liaison between the company and potential employees. They are active in reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and onboarding days, reviewing electronic hiring documents, managing candidates within systems, and coordinating with leadership to make sure hiring goals are met. You would be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and full life cycle recruiting for our fully remote workforce.
Job Duties
Collaborates with the hiring manager, COO and HR Generalist during the recruiting process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Owns job posting and advertising processes for areas and positions of need
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to present to hiring managers
Schedules interviews with hiring managers, follows up on interview outcomes and next steps in a timely manner
Coordinates and facilitates onboarding including offers, background checks, technical setup and clinical onboarding schedule
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of mental health specialties and qualifications
Exceptional communication skills with a variety of audiences, both oral and written
Very strong documentation and organizational skills, and excels at prioritizing when given multiple projects
Understanding of traditional and innovative recruiting methods, selection and qualification tools, and hiring/onboarding procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines while working independently
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom and Google Workspace; willingness to learn new software
Experience in a fast-paced environment and balancing many different projects and timelines
Excellent communication and organizational skills, written and oral. Excellent customer service skills, including: phone etiquette, attention to detail & follow-up, communication skills.
Education/Experience
2+ years of professional experience in a multifaceted role (marketing, recruiting, customer service, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
Strong scheduling skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars.
Prior experience in a remote healthcare environment, specifically within a technology organization strongly preferred
