    With continuous growth at CenExel, we are looking to fill our vacantHR Assistantrole. We would love to speak to you if you have:

    1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar field
    2. 1+ years in human resources or employee relations
    3. A desire to learn and grow in your HR career
    The HR Assistantis responsible for supporting the daily human resources and administrative functions with a focus on employee and resource management. This will include providing employees with information relating to benefits, payroll, safety, company policies, and job duties as well as assisting with payroll.

    HR Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Create and maintain employee records
    • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of all new staff members
    • Facilitate new hire training
    • Verify all staff certifications and licenses
    • Provide direction to all staff on company policy and work-related guidelines
    • Ensure compliance with local and federal regulation and applicable laws
    • Assist in the disciplinary and termination process
    HR Assistant Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple projects
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and co-workers
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures
    • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
    Location: This person will sit in our Anaheim location but may be required to travel to all CenExel sites in Southern California throughout Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles County.

    Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Pay Range: $ $24.00/hr, depending on experience
