- Execute AP and AR transactions and general ledger entries using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Handle monthly inventory, inter-company reconciliations, and bank statement reconciliations.
- Account for fixed assets and inventory; manage expense reporting and vendor/client billing processes.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, audit assistance, and compliance with accounting policies.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and special projects as assigned.
- Quarterly audits that include physical count of the warehouse.
- Backup for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting or related field.
- Applicants with an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate accounting.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in critical thinking.
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- End of month reporting may require additional after hours or weekend hours to complete.
