    Assistant Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This includes maintaining a safe and organized facility, hiring and training employees, and driving improvements to meet company goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a safe and clean facility by adhering to health and safety protocols.
    • Hire, train, develop, coach, and motivate employees to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Efficiently use our operating systems and processes to streamline tasks and improve productivity.

    Requirements:

    • Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
    • Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
    • A proven history of strong work ethic and willingness to learn new things.
    • Adaptable to change with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
    • Technologically literate with experience using IOS devices (iPads) preferred but not required; training will be provided.
    • Able to work in a warehouse environment with physical demands including lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods, squatting, and lifting up to 40lbs.

    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday: 10am - 6:30pm

    Salary:

    $22 - $25 per hour based on experience
