    Beanstalk, a global brand extension agency and consultancy, extends brands through the strategic and creative development of licensed products. The company works with corporate brands, celebrities, entertainment properties, and other high-profile clients to leverage licensing as a strategic tool to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer touchpoints, and generate revenue. Current Beanstalk clients include Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Taco Bell, Godiva, Stanley Black and Decker, Microsoft Studios, among others.

    Beanstalk seeks a Licensing Coordinator to join our team in New York. The role will support the development and growth of several of our clients' licensing programs into different product categories with a focus on DIY, Hard Goods and Sports. This is an amazing opportunity to play an integral role in a variety of our global business', working with prominent, power-house brands including Stanley Black and Decker and U.S. Army.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Support account teams in every aspect of the development of licensing programs
    • Research product categories, trends, and industries
    • Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations
    • Develop and manage lists of potential products and partners and support sales initiatives
    • Support sales initiatives and ability to conduct outreach to manufactures
    • Support product development by managing the product and packaging approval process to ensure direction, guidance and feedback
    • Collect and analyze licensee forecast
    • Assist in management of licensees' programs (product, distribution, marketing)
    • Support day-to-day needs of internal Business Unit, clients and licensees

    We are seeking a candidate with at least 1-2 years' experience in a related position with licensing experience preferred or a background in a sales oriented environment. Candidate should possess and interest in DIY, Hard Goods, Sports and Collegiate. Candidate must have strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Power Point and other graphic programs. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-level executives.

    Salary range: mid 50's - mid 60's + bonus - Actual salary is commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
