- Team rotation for day shifts on weekends and holidays to cover the full spectrum of care.
- Extend expertise to cover GYN cases from the ED, managing emergencies with the same proficiency as current practices.
- Choose a full-time commitment with a structured 7 nights on, 7 nights off schedule.
- Opt for a half-time commitment with a balanced 7 nights on, 21 nights off schedule.
