    Position Overview:

    As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the delivery team to ensure the successful recruitment of top-tier IT professionals.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Technology recruiting, with a focus on higher-level roles.

    In addition to your recruiting expertise, you should have a proven track record of building and mentoring a team of recruiters.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets and objectives.
    Drive the recruitment process for higher-level IT roles, ensuring the delivery of top-notch candidates to clients.
    Collaborate with leadership to establish recruitment strategies and best practices.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
    Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the IT sector.
    Provide guidance on candidate selection and interview processes to ensure high-quality placements.
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    Proven experience in Technology recruiting, with a focus on higher-level roles.
    Demonstrated success in developing and managing a team of recruiters.
    Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry.

    Compensation:
    The position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000, with additional commissions and bonuses based on performance
