Job Summary
This field-based role requires living within a reasonable distance from the primary city. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff in key accounts, establishing multi-level relationships to increase representative access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of assigned products.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will work closely with Federal Account Executive teams to manage and identify key target account opportunities within the VA. They will develop product strategies to fully penetrate these accounts, providing strategic and tactical direction regarding target accounts to regional and district teams within AbbVie's Psychiatry Retail Franchise. This includes advising sales and marketing management on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts, analyzing and supporting channel-specific training needs within the Region.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of sales or account management experience. Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas is essential, as well as excellent organizational/project management and leadership skills. A proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments is also required.
