- You have drafted at least 50 estate plans and/or been attorney of record for at least 25 probate cases. Note that we are not as concerned with the number of years of experience as we are with the quality of the experience.
- LLM in taxation or estate planning is preferred.
- Experience in Elder Law and/or Guardianship is helpful but not required.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience managing a full case load.

Our new associate will be a hard-working team player responsible for all aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients and other counsel and advisers, drafting and/or reviewing documents and pleadings, filing pleadings, attending the occasional court hearing, and overseeing the process of trust funding.

Salary: $100, $120,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

We do this by providing estate planning and probate/trust administration services professionally and with care, with a focus on wills, trusts, asset protection, guardianship, and probate administration. We strive to build long-term relationships with clients instead of focusing on transactions.
At this law firm, we like to work hard, get the job done, and then enjoy having a life outside of the office as our reward. Not the other way around.
Benefits may vary based on the number of hours worked but, subject to eligibility, may include health/dental/disability insurance and the opportunity to participate in firm 401k.
