- Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
- Verifies information on production orders and prepare items for assembly
- One to two years plumbing experience would be preferred but not required.
- Determines method of assembly by utilizing knowledge of assembly routings and procedures
- Understanding of basic power tools
- Proper use of testing equipment
- Appropriate gaging knowledge
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- SPC quality system awareness
- Compares identifying information, counts, weights, and verifies data against bills of materials
- Organizes and keeps work area clean
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
- Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
- Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of soldering, experience preferred
- Knowledge of and training in ISO9001:2015 a plus
