Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignment effectively managing service technicians and office support employees to ensure all customers receive the best product support in the shortest time possible.
Provide daily support directly to customers and end users receiving customer inquiries scheduling service installations product rebuilds upgrades resolving customer problems document warranty trends communicating with cross-functional business units ensuring root causes are identified permanent corrective actions implemented regularly documenting communicating metrics analyzing key performance indicators responding negative trends implementing continuous improvement processes improving customer satisfaction providing end-users access emergency assistance at all hours year-round including holidays coordinating work-orders approving time sheets expense reports managing detailed field service reports installing integrating repairing troubleshooting making recommendations advising necessary parts keeping stock functioning technical resource addressing inquiries problems related installation/integration repair hiring training managing Service Team excellent verbal written communication skills promoting positive attitude understanding company mission values working independently accepting accountability possessing strong leadership overseeing cross-functional team providing direction maintaining accountability growing sales.
