Description
A family-owned design/build commercial general contractor with projects across the region in a variety of industries is seeking a self-motivated team player with a take-charge attitude.
A minimum of two years of experience working as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.

Competence in Word, Excel, MS Project, & Bluebeam; AutoCAD a plus
Organized self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
An analytical mind that enjoys problem-solving
Project Development
Assist in business development and client presentations.,
Assemble costs, prepare proposals and other tasks associated with project development.
Act as a customer liaison to coordinate with subcontractors, municipality and governing authorities, and others.
Total Project Management
Manage financial aspects of the project, including cost dissection, margin projections, and subcontract bids, awards, and invoices.
Communication with the owner, including responding to change order requests, invoicing, and coordinating finish selections.
Procure permits and otherwise coordinate with municipalities.
Manage design disciplines, project schedule, and shop drawing review and approval.
Provide a strong close-out process, including punch list completion, and start to turn over occupancy.
Special Projects as Assigned
Create an estimating database of historical
Modify/update General Design Build Specifications
Update our Safety Manual as needed.
Other projects based on need and interest.
