    Description
    $5,000 Sign On BonusEliot is seeking a licensed eligible Clinician withexperience working with clinical issues of children and adolescents. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of DBT and have the abilitytowork effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.

    Eliot's juvenile justice programming includes a residential network for youth ages 13 to 21 who are court-involved and need placement while awaiting return to court, assessment, or longer-term treatment.

    These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide individual and family therapy weekly in accordance with DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and proceduresParticipate in the development and implementation of Individual Service PlansProvide case management and advocacy for youth as neededFacilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk ReductionQualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.

    Masters degree must be eligible for independent license.


    Schedule:
    Full time, 40 hours per week, some flexibilitySalary: 55k
    • MA level or LCSW; 60k independently licensedLocation: Clinton, MA6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
