Real Estate Leasing Attorney Position

We are looking for an In-House Real Estate Leasing Attorney to join our growing team at a real estate development and property management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents related to our commercial real estate portfolio. This includes leases, property and development management agreements, amendments, license agreements, and more.

Additionally, the role involves advising and supporting different departments within the company on legal matters, coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure timely completion of agreements, and ensuring compliance with cross-functional policies and procedures.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of prior real estate experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accelerated law school. They must also be in good standing to practice within the state of Massachusetts.
