    Join Our Team as a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant

    Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to enhance our Medical Center team. Embrace our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care by focusing on the unique interests and needs of our residents.

    As a CNA, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing residents' independence by delivering top-notch care, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating recreational engagement. Your contributions will help foster a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

    Available Shifts: Full Time 3p-11p or 11p-7a

    With our newly implemented lower staff-to-resident ratios, you can enjoy a more manageable workload and truly focus on providing high-quality care

    Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $20 to $23, depending on experience, with additional night, evening, and weekend shift differentials

    To Thrive in this Role, You Should Have:

    • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or be currently enrolled in a CNA program
    • Preferred prior experience as a CNA or caregiver
    • Open to new graduates
