    We are a company that builds and manages single-story apartment homes. Our success depends on talented individuals who make decisions to enhance the lives of our residents and employees.

    The Apartment Maintenance Technician role involves performing routine maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment. Daily responsibilities include using power tools, completing unit turns, and troubleshooting appliances.

    This role requires customer service and communication with residents and fellow employees. Service Technicians enter residents' homes to complete work orders and handle repairs in a manner that promotes a positive experience.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders
    • Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally
    • Complete minor tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and dry wall
    • Minor plumbing system repairs, service kitchen appliances, and garage issues when necessary
    • Emergency maintenance as part of an on-call emergency schedule
    • Follow safety standards at all times
    • Snow removal
    • All other related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1 year of general maintenance experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HVAC Certification
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Apartment maintenance experience
    • Ability to operate smart phone, tablet, and computers

    Physical Requirements:

    • Lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, bend and walk
