Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize our proprietary platform to target potential clients interested in life insurance products, focusing on closing sales rather than generating leads.
• Client Interaction: Present and promote products based on in-depth needs assessments, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in daily live coaching sessions to enhance your skills and benefit from the expertise of top virtual sales reps.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and goal achievements using advanced technology.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.

Compensation Details
