Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide daily assistance to Faculty, Staff, and Students in a K-12 campus environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot desktop issues, Google Classroom tools, Chromebooks, Windows and Mac devices, projectors, smartboards, and education-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Faculty, Staff, and Students in a K-12 campus environment
Troubleshoot desktop issues, Google Classroom tools, Chromebooks, Windows and Mac devices, projectors, smartboards, and education-based applications
Report to one or more campuses 5 days per week
