    Position: Data Entry Specialist

    Location: Las Vegas, NV (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

    Salary: $42,000 - $47,000 per year, depending on experience

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Job Description:

    As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in our digital marketing functions. You will manage LinkedIn activity, engage connections, and ensure our data is accurate and up-to-date. Your role will be critical in supporting our marketing team and ensuring we reach our targets effectively.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Manage and monitor LinkedIn activity, including connections and conversations.
    • Enhance data by researching and verifying contact information using internal software.
    • Upload and manage data in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
    • Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity.
    • Assist in the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and other contacts.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous data entry experience.
    • Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
    • Experience with data enhancement and research.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
