Job summary
We are hiring a Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift) to join our outdoor fertilizer loading operation in Mulberry. The role is not a warehouse job and does not involve forklift picking or pallet work. Instead, you will be part of an industrial rail crew responsible for loading bulk fertilizer into railcars using an overhead delivery system in an active plant environment.Responsibilities
- You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, climbing railcars, working at heights, lifting, and monitoring fertilizer flow during the loading process.
- The work is physical, detail-oriented, and team-based.
