    Technical Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of ITIL and other industry wide initiatives that promote quality and process improvement.
    • Proven skills in aligning IT with organizational drivers.
    • Industry awareness to identify improvement opportunities and implement them across the services and processes incorporated within the domain.
    • Previous experience in a senior technical leadership position, including shaping of, and delivery against, a strategic plan.
    • Direct experience of IT budgetary and financial management.

    Experience:

    • Proven ability to develop and manage partner relationships and large development teams to drive optimum performance.
    • Experience of leading strategic negotiations to successful outcomes.
    • Experienced in the full systems/software development lifecycle, including selection of the appropriate methodology to deliver successfully through.
    • Experienced in managing risk, compliance, audit and security obligations, including disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
    • Experience in resource and workload management.
    • Experience in budget control.
    • Experience of managing third parties and outsourced services.
    • Acquisition & Deployment:
    • Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts
    • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services
